  • Mr. Laux has been working as expert consultant in the financial industry for over twenty years. Mr. Laux holds a graduate of the University of Kempten, Germany in marketing and management.
  • Mr. Laux has managed successful different kind of companies and projects including going public’s for DAX companies in Germany such as BSH AG, Deutsche Babcock and Bayer AG. Mr. Laux is an expert in structuring Life Settlements in combination with Project Developments. As an expert he advised Life Settlement Funds in Germany.
  • Since 2005 he is with Ryss & Lynx being responsible for the Mutual Fund activities in the BVI and the European and UAE activities of the group. Since this date he is responsible for the worldwide growth strategy for the group.



Member of the executive board,  Anthony R. Bufinsky

  • Mr. Bufinsky was a Managing Director at Guggenheim Sovereign LLC, an investment subsidiary of Guggenheim Partners, LLC a global, independent, privately held, diversified financial services firm with more than $100 billion in assets under supervision providing investment management services and products, investment advisory services, and investment banking and capital markets services.
  • Mr. Bufinsky is also Co-Founder and Managing Partner of StoneCross Capital. Where his responsibilities involve product structuring and investor relationship management.  Mr. Bufinsky is amongst the most reputational specialists in Islamic Finance and structured products. He spent eight years with HSBC Bank USA and HSBC Securities globally in various capacities of increasing responsibility. His last position with HSBC was in the Amanah Finance Wealth Management Group as Vice President where he was on the lead team responsible for structuring and servicing the HSBC Amanah Global Properties Income Fund (GPIF) designed to deliver a Shari’ah compliant investment vehicle providing stable current income and capital appreciation to investors through investments primarily in Credit Leased Properties. The Fund has $2.3 billion of assets under management, since stabilization in 2004 raising $579 million in equity and delivering an average net dividend to investors of 7-5%. This was the first open end Shari'ah Compliant Real Estate Fund ever launched. 
  • Mr. Bufinsky also managed the HSBC Amanah Aqar Income Fund, a Shari’ah compliant real estate investment fund designed to provide stable recurrent income and capital appreciation through investments in commercial property primarily in the United States developed with co-sponsor Al Jomaih family.



Member of the executive board,  Mostafa Bin Musa

  • Mr. Musa is an independent Consultant and Project manager with background in the Islamic Finace Industry. Mr. Musa holds a Bsc in Computer Sciences and a Msc. in Information Technology and is a PHD canidate in Islamic Banking & Finance, atually studdying at the reputational Centre of Education in Islamic Finance in Kuala Lumpur.
  • Mr. Musa is a Consulting expert specializing in Islamic Financial Engineering & Econometrics. Experience includes conducting econometric analyses of strategic behaviour and forecasting of Islamic and conventional financial products.
  • Mr. Musa is specialized in evaluation of Shariah and Non Shariah investment product, based on various methods of simulation. Mr. Musa has been serving in various advisory boards of governmental and financial institutions during the last years.
  • As a Board Member of Ryss & Lynx Fund Management Inc, Mr. Musa implements the latest technology in financial modelling, back testing and Financial Econometrics in order to optimize the investment  positions as well as to comply with the risk management parameters.
